Our Barrel House Beer! Island Time Wheat

The team here at Barrel House has long thought about having our own signature beer. We thought that this fits in perfectly with what the Barrel House brand stands for, food that lifts your spirits, amazing tap beers, and classic cocktails. So we set out to work with a brewery that is local to our corporate offices for our exclusive beer.

After working with them on what we envisioned as our first beer, we set out on taste testing and sampling. After a few weeks we were able to nail down our flavors and thus ISLAND TIME WHEAT was born!

We wanted a smooth fun drinkable beer that would pair well with anything on our menu. What we ended up with was a light crisp blend of mango and pineapple for the flavor notes. Then we added just a little milk lactose for a sweetness that didn’t over power the beer. We are extremely proud and excited for what we came up with and hope you all enjoy it as well!
